The company was founded in 1984 by Rick Rogalski, who built the business from the ground up with a commitment to honest work and genuine customer relationships. Rick believed in doing business the right way — with integrity, loyalty, and a personal touch — values that continue to define the company today. Rick’s daughter, Julie Rogalski, has been an integral part of Power Drive Enterprises for more than 28 years. With extensive experience in accounting and managerial operations, Julie has supported the company’s growth, internal structure, and day-to-day stability for decades. In 2010, Rick’s granddaughter, Alex Rogalski, joined the business, initially assisting with clerical work. By 2013, Alex transitioned into sales, working directly with customers, vendors, and key accounts. Her hands-on experience across multiple areas of the company gives her a comprehensive understanding of both customer needs and industry demands. Following Rick’s passing in 2023, Alex assumed ownership of Power Drive Enterprises, continuing the legacy he established. Alex’s leadership ensures that Power Drive Enterprises continues to operate as a small, women- and family-owned business — where every customer still receives attentive, hands-on service that our customers have counted on since 1984. Power Drive Enterprises is committed to providing quality products, dependable support, and knowledgeable guidance across every order — whether large, small, routine, or urgent. The company’s history is not just about business; it is about family, relationships, and a long-standing dedication to the people and industries it serves.
