With extensive experience in accounting and managerial operations, Julie has supported the company’s growth, internal structure, and day-to-day stability for decades. In 2010, Rick’s granddaughter, Alex Rogalski, joined the business, initially assisting with clerical work. By 2013, Alex transitioned into sales, working directly with customers, vendors, and key accounts. Her hands-on experience across multiple areas of the company gives her a comprehensive understanding of both customer needs and industry demands.
Following Rick’s passing in 2023, Alex assumed ownership of Power Drive Enterprises, continuing the legacy he established. Alex’s leadership ensures that Power Drive Enterprises continues to operate as a small, women- and family-owned business — where every customer still receives attentive, hands-on service that our customers have counted on since 1984.
